Bathrooms, Railings, Siding and more...

So the bathroom was finished on January 27th 2020, after a long selection process for a shower door.

Since then we have been very busy, installing custom railing into sloped concrete,

taking down walls in a recently sold home. We also installed a door to retain heat from going up the steps.

At this home we replaced siding that had been badly damaged, along with many other interior/exterior repairs for the homeowner. Last but not least a vinyl floor we laid measuring over 600sqft into two rooms, closets and a bathroom.

Bathroom Renovation

This week, we have been updating a master bathroom with all new plumbing, lights, fan, smoothing out the walls and a custom tile shower. A recessed mirror over the vanity and shampoo/soap shelf in the shower required a change to the framing of the home. A new shower pan and vinyl flooring with a lifetime warranty will help complete the space.

Cozy Retreat

A ‘before and after’ comparison of the investment property we renovated. The project provided all new windows, doors, roof, and chimney. The bathrooms, kitchen, and rooms were remodeled. An extra room was added as well. This property is now under contract.
